“Food is fuel, no more no less”

Dead on! Folks see food as entertainment now which is why is much easier to buy a pair of 3X athletic shorts from WalMart than “M”.

Outstanding work in transformation and sharing the news Keith. Congratulations on your success! The timing for seeing your CNN article for me was great since I launched my own health campain today.
I weighed in at 370 earlier in the year and have been able to reduce down to 323 by “somewhat” healthy eating and plenty of walking. It’s time now to take it to the next level and complete the reduction. Will be monitoring for your sucess.
    Best regards
